San Nicolas barangay chair shot

The barangay chair of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, 45, was shot several times in his garage before passing away.
The victim, Francisco Bagay, was approached by the attacker on a motorcycle. The offender escaped, but the victim passed away while receiving medical attention in the hospital.
While they do not comment, the victim’s family is demanding accountability.
Some recent events include the murder of a contact center agent in Bulacan, the robbery of a guy in Cebu, and the discovery of a female student dead in a lodging house. In investigating the crime, police are concentrating on personal disputes and politics.
The mayor of the town provided a reward of P300,000 for information on the offender, and a special investigation task group was set up to look into the issue.
