BOC complaints against tankers

The owners and crew of two fuel tankers participating in the improper fuel transfer at Navotas Fish Port are the subject of a complaint brought by the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
The National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC), the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN Law), nine MT Tritrust crew members, and sixteen MT Mega Ensoleillee crew have been charged with breaking these rules.
Based on the affidavit, the team found themselves getting unregistered fuel. The MT Mega Ensoleillee had 39,884 liters of diesel fuel on board, while the MT Tritrust had around 320,463 liters, as to the BOC-Customs Intelligence and Investigation Services BOC-CIIS.
P715,350,000 was the total value of the fuel and two fuel tankers that the BOC discovered. In addition, despite being at the Navotas Fish Port, authorities noticed the two vessels were missing bunkering permits.
